Vegan Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cool time: 15 minutes
Yields: 3 bowls


  • 3 avocados
  • 200 ml soya milk
  • 20g golden syrup
  • 80g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp. White sugar


  1. Stick all the ingredients in a blender – you may need to add more/less cocoa powder depending on the size of the avocados you have, so add the cocoa powder in bit by bit
  2. Keep adding more cocoa powder until you reach your desired chocolatey taste
  3. If the blender struggles because the mousse is too thick, just add more soya milk
  4. Cool for at least 15 minutes in separate bowls and then enjoy! 🙂
