Approx Nutrition (per bowl):
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cool time: 15 minutes
Yields: 3 bowls
- 3 avocados
- 200 ml soya milk
- 20g golden syrup
- 80g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. White sugar
- Stick all the ingredients in a blender – you may need to add more/less cocoa powder depending on the size of the avocados you have, so add the cocoa powder in bit by bit
- Keep adding more cocoa powder until you reach your desired chocolatey taste
- If the blender struggles because the mousse is too thick, just add more soya milk
- Cool for at least 15 minutes in separate bowls and then enjoy! 🙂
