Peanut Butter Cups

Vegan Peanut Butter Cups Recipe:

Time to Make: 15 minutes
Yeilds: 6
Storage: Keep in Freezer


  • 8 squares (big) 85% dark chocolate
  • 6 tbsp. smooth peanut butter


  1. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl (bain marie)
  2. Pour ~ 1/2cm chocolate into 6 paper baking cakes and put into the fridge for about 5 minutes until solidified
  3. Spread 1 tbsp. peanut butter flat on top of the chocolate in each case
  4. Pour another 1/2cm chocolate on top of the peanut butter and freeze for at least 10 minutes then remove the paper cases
  5. Enjoy!
