Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe:
Prep time: ~ 5 minutes
Cook time: ~ 20 minutes
Yields: 2 portions
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower (washed and trees cut off)
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 40g bread crumbs
- 50g vegan butter
- salt and pepper (as desired)
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven at 180*C
- Add the cauliflower to a baking tray and add in the olive oil and coat the trees and then place in the oven for 10 minutes
- Melt the butter then add the rest of the ingredients (and mix) in a bowl, then after 10 minutes add into the baking tray and stir the cauliflower around until they’re coated in the breadcrumb mixture
- Then, bake for a further 10 minutes or until crispy
- Enjoy!
