Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe:


Prep time: ~ 5 minutes
Cook time: ~ 20 minutes
Yields: 2 portions


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower (washed and trees cut off)
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 40g bread crumbs
  • 50g vegan butter
  • salt and pepper (as desired)
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180*C
  2. Add the cauliflower to a baking tray and add in the olive oil and coat the trees and then place in the oven for 10 minutes
  3. Melt the butter then add the rest of the ingredients (and mix) in a bowl, then after 10 minutes add into the baking tray and stir the cauliflower around until they’re coated in the breadcrumb mixture
  4. Then, bake for a further 10 minutes or until crispy
  5. Enjoy!
