Hello and welcome to my vegan recipe blog!
Here’s just a little about me…
When I was 8 years old I started Alpine Ski racing and did this until the age of 17 – I was lucky enough to travel all around the world skiing and competing for Wales.
When I stopped skiing my body wasn’t used to the lack of exercise, and I therefore put on quite a lot of weight. I eventually felt so disgusting about the way I looked and decided to do something about it.
I lost 3 stone (42lbs) through YouTube videos (FitnessBlender) in my university halls room and my home living room over a year. In September 2015 I joined a gym and have never looked back; I’m now absolutely obsessed with all things health and fitness and have recently gained a real love of cooking. I became vegan in January 2017 after being vegetarian for 3 years, and it was the best decision of my life.
I hope this blog can fuel you with healthy (and some not so healthy) food ideas to show you how easy and accessible it is to create tasty vegan treats.
